Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has shipped, HYDRACLEAN is not responsible for carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@hydrocleanskin.com with photos of the product and packaging.
